About Me:
I mentor leaders through organizational transitions. I act as a catalyst for the kind of thinking that enables groups to quickly move through the steps that lead them from where they have been to where they need to be. I work in that gap between who they currently are and their vision for the future. I use a set of conversation guides to facilitate this process. You can download them from http://edbrenegar.typepad.com/AllIMPACTDiagrams.pdf. They are free to use. Just don't change them, please. If want a set customized, let me we can work out an arrangement.
